What is Case Management?

Case Management is a service tailored for members of our MultiCare Health plan. It's designed to assist you during some of the most challenging medical situations, ensuring you receive the best possible care by assigning the case to a suitably specialized agent to ensure immediate management, without delays.

Our service applies in situations such as:

  • Paediatric admissions for complex medical conditions
  • Emergency admissions
  • Complex surgeries and major medical procedures
  • In-Patient Cancer care

How it works:

After a serious medical diagnosis, we assign the case to an experienced and suitably specialized agent who will be your point of contact with the Company and support and guide you through your challenging treatment journey. Beyond general coordination, he/she will possess professional expertise and ensure a smooth and stress-free experience by supporting you in the following ways:

  • Providing assistance in finding medical institutions for pre-approved treatments
  • Collecting Medical Reports and handling the paperwork
  • Direct Settlements: Collaboration with medical providers for the management of billing and financial issues
  • Administrative Support: From diagnosis to recovery, we're with you every step of the way
