Universal Life reaffirms its commitment to encouraging gender equality in the workplace by renewing its certification from the National Certification Body as an "Equality Employer".
This certification relates to implementing an all-encompassing framework that promotes workplace gender equality. This framework encompasses human resource management procedures and practices across various areas, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance recognition and rewards, training and development, work-life balance, employee communication, as well as managing and preventing sexual harassment.
The award ceremony took place on Thursday, December 5, 2024, in the presence of the Minister of Labour and Social Insurance, Mr. Yiannis Panayiotou, who presented the award to our company.
